I’m loving barre3 in Bellingham! I’m almost a year out from ACL surgery and wanted something low impact but which would still challenge me and push me to build my strength back up. This is so perfect for that and I love how positive and friendly the instructors are. I really like how they offer options and modifications to the movements to meet you wherever you’re at. Most of all I love how the mindset centers around celebrating what your body can do, and feeling good about moving :)

The whole staff is welcoming and encouraging! It's a solid workout for me, a sometimes-exerciser, but it also makes my sister sweat-and she's personal trainer! It's win-win *and* it's really fun.

Great instructors and workout! I like to mix up the 45 and 60 minute classes. Would highly recommend their classes. Definitely worth checking out!

OMG. Seriously the best workout in Whatcom county! It doesn’t necessarily feel like it at the time, but you wake up feeling muscles you’ve forgotten about. I love the stretching and breath work at the conclusion of the class, and how quickly I’ve seen results. Highly recommend.

I have had such a great experience, during my two week pass, trying different classes and teachers. Everyone has been so welcoming, and friendly. Accepting you where you’re at and embracing you for showing up. I can’t wait to continue my Barre3 journey in Bellingham!

Los of fun, but deceptively difficult. Teacher was great, and it was low key enough that I didn’t feel completely insane when I was still figuring out the movements; lurching around like a stilted windmill.

Tried out the 3 class new student special and strangely did not use the barre in any of the classes. I asked the front desk about this (it’s what I’m looking for) and she said Signature classes use it. When I told her my class did not, she corrected that some instructors use it and some don’t. So you may be coming to a lightweight mat class titled barre. The studio space itself is 5 stars, beautiful!
