I love the Parc! This is the best gym in town upon doing therapeutic activity and hygiene. After a good workout whether it be lifting weights doing any courts or pool activities I highly suggest utilizing the sauna steam room and hot tub finish with a cold beverage for the full effect of detoxification and hydration replenishment.
