Joined Bellingham Fitness after knee surgery. Got a great tour, easy sign up. Also signed up for a personal trainer. Mitch Deans really helped me get back into the fitness routine (gently!) to further my fitness goals and recovery. Very pleased!

Wow. Bellingham Fitness was incredible. My significant other and I were in town for the holidays and needed a temporarily gym for the week. Needless to say, Bellingham Fitness delivered. David and the staff in the front were phenomenal human beings and were very thorough, helpful and patient with us when we signed up.A day pass was $15 and a 7-day week pass came out to be $43.52 after fees and tax.The facilities at Bellingham Fitness were clean, the lockers were modern and the space was huge. We did not have any issues finding a place to park, the staff was polite, helpful and courteous and we never once had any issues finding a machine to use. We're a few days into our pass and we're definitely fans. We'll be coming back to Bellingham Fitness again!

Hands down the best gym in Bellingham/Whatcom County. Has every equipment you would need to get your work out in and a lot of them as well. Also the owners and staff are phenomenal! They 100% take pride into what they do. I have been coming here for almost a year now and never once I have ever had a issue.

Came to washington on business and found this awesome place! Owner and staff are great and are very helpful. If I lived here, there’s no doubt this would be my home gym!

I love this place. I used to have a membership many years ago until I started working out of town. The place has so much more to offer in classes, pickle ball courts, yoga, spin. I just finished the 6 week challenge and the staff was so supportive and helpful. I recommend you give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Let's talk about the 6 week challenge. It's ambitious. It requires you put money on the table. It's exactly what I needed to get going, to be consistent and to get results.1. Classes are 6am-7am and 5:30-6:30pm MWF. Afternoon class has always had a ton of people, morning class ranges from 2-5 (the trainer Simon is the best!).2. They'll give you an off-cycle workout for T, Th, Sa or Su. Be just as consistent with it to get results.3. They'll give you a meal plan. It's TOUGH...at first. They have a bunch of recipes though, and lots of members you can get tips from who've done it. I was at 315lbs at the age of 44 starting out and honestly, it was more food than I could eat in a day, so I was still losing weight without being hungry.Show up. Be consistent. And it works. Commit to the habit and it'll keep working. 'Getting my money back' (in the form of credit) kept me coming in for 6 weeks and formed the habit to keep me coming afterwards. Once your 6 weeks are done, you can continue the boot camp-style class, get personal training or just use the gym if you've got a good groove going. As other reviews have noted, the financials are 'different'. In particular, membership billing and receivables seem to be external. Personal training and/or continuing the boot camp class is a separate process and membership is not bundled into it. It also has a 2 week billing cycle process which is weird. That said, Todd the owner was transparent about the initial cost and what the process was, and he was equally clear in terms of going over pricing options for long term use. I particularly appreciate that personal training is month to month, no locking into a year long contract, you can cancel with 30 days notice. The prices seem comparable to other places, the gym is more my speed than other places, and the results are outstanding.I'm 45 now, 3 months in, and this is the first and longest term fitness program that has worked for me. Hopefully it will work for you!

I really do like this gym. The equipment is well taken care of and the trainers are all very kind. But the mask requirements are not inforced at all. Any time I got the the sauna area im laughed at when i have my mask on (its a gym rule) and i feel very uncomfortable and end up leaving. The staff just shrugs and says "its all about morals and there is nothing we can do." This is the most recent WA law updated 1/25/2022. 'We hope people will wear a face covering to protect the health of their friends and loved ones. However, not following the order may result in a misdemeanor subjecting the violator to a fine of up to $100 and/or up to 90 days in county jail per RCW 43.70.130(7), RCW 70.05.120(4), and WAC 246-100-070(3)'I don't wanna get sick from the gym when I already work I Healthcare. BBut enjoy the rest of the gym. It's very good. Just satu away from the locker room and sauna.
