I'm from Canada and had previously practiced at this studio a few times before the pandemic. I just returned for the first time in over 3 years for a drop in class while visiting Bellingham and took an AMAZING Hot Power class lead by Laura. The class was well paced and Laura offered tons of options for participants to take their practice where they wanted to take it. Well crafted class, Laura! I will certainly be back and recommend this studio to anyone visiting the area.

This yoga studio is an incredible experience. The yoga is enriching, challenging and rejuvenating. The environment is welcoming and calming. The instructors are personable, knowledgeable and unique, developing creative flows each class that are accessible at all levels. Above all, the studio is quite affordable. Thank you, Elements, for being my happy place!

I love this studio. The classes are a great of blend of mind body movement that is yoga and a strong physical practice. The instructors are all great. Everyone was very welcoming and positive. My husband and I were visiting Bellingham for a couple of months. If we would have stayed, I would have definitely gotten a membership. So grateful we found the studio.

Best yoga studio in Bellingham! I make sure to visiting them whenever I'm in town from NYC. Their facilities are some of the best I've seen in a hot yoga studio. Private showers, ample storage, the yoga room is large and they don't over crowd it. The staff is always friendly and the classes are informative, fun, and I always leave feeling like I've had a great work out. The space is always sparkling clean and very well maintained. Highly, highly recommend this place to newbies and regulars alike.

You want to go here. Practicing at Elements Hot Yoga has changed my life. I committed to regularly attending yoga sessions here and have been seeing amazing results. In two months of consistent practice I have undone a year and a half of bad habits. I am seeing real results fast, from weight loss to muscle toning. Each week I am weighing in at all-time low weights for the year- an amazing feeling. In only two months I am down FIVE holes on my belt and I have changed out my belt once already. In addition to the benefits to my body I have also seen improvements to cognitive functions and essential habits. For example, I know that my focus has been honed, eating and sleep habits have been corrected, and my overall time management is better too. During 1-hour to 1.5-hour sessions you will learn to focus your mind and think only of your practice. Take this focus and apply it outside of class too. This training of my focus helped me ace my finals at Western Washington University while staying completely stress free for all of finals week. I always want to feel 100% going into a yoga session because it is INTENSE, it is sweaty, and it is as challenging as you make it. This means that I want to be well rested while bolstered with a proper diet. Be sure to refuel on your electrolytes, you’ll need them, and ensure that you are eating a balanced diet to get all your essential nutrients (you’ll need those too). By simply preparing myself for hot yoga sessions I have adopted really healthy habits and as a result I am on top of my game.

A very welcoming community with a huge yoga studio to accommodate a lot of students! The amenities here are awesome, the large locker rooms make getting ready before and after class super easy. The instructors are wonderful and there's really a class for everyone!

It’s a nice space and I’m grateful for hot yoga in winter for sure. They can improve though. Here’s how... They offer 3 styles of yoga: Hatha, Power, and Yin. All the “Hatha” classes are a specific style which I won’t name here for sisterhood reasons lol. But it’s a specific style where yelling in heated classrooms is considered normal & you do the same postures every class. They need to add a description (which I’ve just given) on the website because for newbies and people who haven’t been in the yoga world forever it is shocking to get there and find yourself being yelled at in a heated room with no warning. The first class I attended was the aforementioned old school ______ style and the lady next to me left saying that was the worst yoga class she's ever taken. She didn't know it was classic ____ lol. She just thought the teacher was slightly off his rocker for yelling and wearing a skullcap. The other thing is evening classes are held back to back and for sanitary purposes I'd like to see someone go in and mop the sweat puddles up before the next class goes in to put mats down. Otherwise i like the studio space and several of the female teachers. The one yelling ____ style teacher teaches Monday and Tuesday so I avoid those classes. Nice locker room, decent parking, and again I’m grateful for hot yoga. I still go! No business gets better without honest reviews. Namaste-🙏
