By far this has to be the number one place to get fit and healthy! The trainers are like family, everyone from all different walks of life getting real results! I am blown away by my results after only 6 weeks... down 14 pounds and 3% body fat! They really know what they are doing, they work with you individually as well as provide you with meal plans! My best friend and I have talked about working out for about 3 years, we finally started the challenge at Lab Athletics and they made working out fun! We are staying with them to continue our journey to a better healthy lifestyle. We love our lab family!

I joined Lab Athletics for their six week challenge. I was concerned I might not make my goal but ended up losing almost double. The trainers were great and corrected form as well as increasing weights when it looked too easy. The time spent there flew by which is great for me as I don’t usually enjoy working out. So happy that I took the challenge, it was worth everything.

I did the 6 week program with Lab Athletics. The trainers are very personable, and help to keep you motivated and on track! The environment is friendly and welcoming. I met my goal and made some friends along the way. Their easy meal plans combined with well planned strength and conditioning classes are a sure-fire way to lose weight and feel great about yourself!

I highly recommended Lab Athletics. When I first signed up for the 6 week challenge I was nervous because I hadn’t worked out for 4 years due to lack of motivation and energy but I am so glad I did. I just finished my 6 week challenge with Lab Athletics, and I could not be happier with the results. I'm a skinny guy so I set out to gain weight and/or lose body fat. Thanks to the help of their awesome coaches I was able to meet both goals and then some! Their trainers and coaches are knowledgeable, passionate and very helpful with new exercises. The workouts are challenging yet rewarding. If you are looking for a program that will keep you engaged, accountable, and steadily improving, then this is your place.

I did the 6 week challenge and had a blast! The trainers really work to suit your needs and offer the best assistance. The really cool part about the gym is the environment. The gym has a lot of equipment for an old school feel and everybody is always helping each other out within the workout. I never felt more comfortable at the gym knowing there were many different shapes and sizes that could do the workouts as well. I lost a total of 24ibs in my experience, the nutrition helping a lot on the customized plans. Thank you again Lab Athletics for jumpstarting my workout goals and health I haven't been able to get pass my plateau of 20 ibs in years.

Just finished my 6 week challenge. Lost 10 pounds and gained so much strength and confidence! The Lab is an amazing place to work out! The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. I love the accountability and encouragement from the group classes! If you want to get in shape and have fun doing it, this is the place to do it!!!
