Signed up, chose a different route and even though I didn’t sign up for auto renew I was charged. I’ve emailed several times and and called several times. No response. Absolute joke.

DON’T join this gym. You will never leave there membership. The minute i joined the gym i was like i am not going there after reading other reviews. I have been going on with them back and forth on email to cancel my membership. But they are unable to find my membership as per they say but yet they charged me just two days ago for another month. This is absurd . I had to contact my bank to stop their BS.BAD DECISION!!!

Go anywhere but here!!!! So....I went to this gym a few years ago. Stopped going for a few years, then the pandemic. Got sick and went on life support while on our 1st family vacation last December. Was strong enough to start going to help get stronger and do some muscle conditioning. Not impressed at all. Starting in the old building, knowing it would be moving Dec 1st. There were no bathrooms, no LOCKER ROOM!!! And small children running around. Canceled December 1st was still charged and kept my last month. No further communication or emails. Same old broken-down equipment as well. From about 8 years ago, when I 1st started, it also went to the new building.

Unfortunately, I don't think the atmosphere is welcoming. When my spouse and I were leaving one day, staff told her that another member complained that her outfit was too revealing and asked that she cover up next time. She had maybe a 1/2 inch of midriff showing for 15 minutes of her workout (took off her sweatshirt for the cooldown). She wasn't showing cleavage and was wearing full-length pants. We cancelled shortly thereafter. They have a relatively rare belt squat machine, which I miss, but I didn't want to support a business that tries to unevenly enforce dress codes.

I joined this gym a month ago and have been very disappointed. They are completely un staffed which apparently means no one cleans the place either. It is constantly filthy. The machines work alright but many other things are broken such as the drinking fountain, the scale, the lockers in the locker room. It is also extremely over priced. Be prepared to pay a large deposit and then a large monthly fee before you can even walk in the doors. For some reason there have been a large number of young teenagers here recently every afternoon who are unsupervised and running wild in the place. They joke around with each other and sit on the machines using their phones but not working out and occasionally pick up and then leave the weights laying all over the place and never put them back. There is never a parent or teacher or anything supervising them. I’m talking about 10-20 kids who look around middle school age. I’m not sure if this is some kind of after school program but it is very irritating considering the price I am paying for this facility. I am already going to cancel my membership and try somewhere else.

*MILITARY DISCOUNT*Hands down, the best gym I have had the pleasure of being a member of. And now it is 24-hour access for EVERY MEMBER in current standing of monthly fees. I couldn't ask for anything better than any other gym in Whatcom County. I've been a dedicated and faithful member going on 6 years. All I ask is that you wipe down benches and other workout exerciser when done and PICK UP YOUR TRASH AND UNRACK your weights when finished. Show to others that you're someone with "home training". If I catch you acting disrespectful to the gym, I'll meet you outside to have conversation.

Decent gym. Overpriced and understaffed.During off hours it's great. I've had the whole gym myself sometimes or with one other person. It cost extra $$$ to have the privilege of going off hours. The machines are starting to suffer from significant wear and tear. Some crazy meat heads put the machines/equipment at maximum and do crazy jerking movements and slam the weights back down because they can't actually lift them properly. Not a workout for them and broken equipment for others. Better staffing and training would help people get an actual workout with much less broken equipment (and people).

One of the best gyms I have ever attended. After going for 9 months straight I was able to loose 60+ pounds. I felt no judgement from any of the workers, or even members and genuinely enjoyed coming there every night. I especially love the 24/7 access because when you work full time, its nice to not have a time limit for your workout.

Just like many other reviews, I think this gym is pretty awesome. It is convenient and not usually too busy! The equipment is all new stuff with an excellent selection including a Jacob's ladder. There are dry saunas in each locker room. The staff here has been excellent. I haven't ever felt like I was bugging them, they are attentive and friendly including the personal trainers. The gym also has a great diversity to it with people from all levels of fitness. There is even on site childcare. I think the only way this gym could be more awesome is if they had a pool or additional services such as massage therapy.
