Great gym and great people that run it. Structure has both crossfit classes and open gym, which you can access 24/7 outside of class times. My partner and I went with open gym since our schedules can be inconsistent and we have loved the convenience of it. Plus you can still use their programming since they have it up on the screen every day. Normal CrossFit gym space with tall ceilings making it feel even bigger. Really new and nice equipment, including a SkiErg. And you can open the garage doors when it’s nice out to get some fresh air in.I also did a few months of a nutrition program with the gym owner Kelsey and it was so worth it! I came in confused about how much I should be eating after feeling some pow energy workouts and we worked together to adjust my macros to figure out a good balance. She also had ideas of foods to include in my diet to meet those numbers. I went on a trip during our program and she sent me a whole list of snacks to try and keep on hand. I ended the program with so much confidence and knowledge of what to eat to perform at my best during a workout, bike ride, hike, etc.We highly recommend this gym if you’re looking for a really easy going place to come and work out at. The owner and coaches are great and there are plenty of opportunities to create and meet your fitness goals!

I’ve been working out at Structure for about a year and a half and it’s a special place. Clean, organized, great equipment! 24 hr access means I can get to the gym more often. Lastly, Kelsey has created a gym culture that is very positive and focused on health and self care. Would recommend to anyone!

Dropped in for a class this morning and had a fantastic time! Loved the space, the coaching, and the programming. So nice to have the option of taking a class, coming for open gym, or personal training. Thanks for the great workout!
