Cat is a neighbor and becoming a dear friend. When she offered me a session I said yes without a moment’s hesitation.Having explored many different styles of therapy and now going through yet another major life transition, I went in with an open mind and heart. What a deep mind and heart opening experience it was! She is truly a gift to all who wish to know themselves.

True, powerful, compassionate care and results with this amazing therapist. I cannot express the appreciation I feel for all that Cat has done to help me. Talk plus movement is a profound way to cement growth. I highly recommend all the Cat has to offer to help personal growth and evolution.

Wonderful experience with Cat. I was intimidated by the idea of yoga therapy since I last practiced over 10 years ago, but it was an approachable exercise in learning to listen to my body again. I believe that our bodies have a lot to tell us, but sometimes listening can feel hard. Cat helped make it easier, and I walked away with some needed clarity. Would definitely recommend and plan on returning.

Cat is such a wonderful teacher, observer, healer, helper, artist, and friend. Her style is unique to anything I’ve ever done, and I’ve been in therapy for 21 years!I love how it’s not just “okay you’re depressed, get in downward dog!” but instead and seamless application of yogic principles woven throughout each piece of the conversation. I would recommend this to someone who is resistant to yoga, as well as seasoned practitioners. I would recommend this to people brand new to therapy, as well as people who are decades in, like myself. Cat’s toolbox is like a Mary Poppins bag, and she sees her clients in that way too, I believe. Whatever you say, she will hear you more than you even hear yourself. Her methods are so helpful. Book a session with this wonderful gal, you’ll thank yourself forever!

Cat's wisdom is ingrained in my practice. She has been a mentor and teacher of yoga asana and philosophy throughout my not so linear journey into my my life with yoga. I am forever grateful for Cat walking with me as I blossom into myself.

Cat is a talented yoga teacher who combines alignment, movement, mindset, an appreciation for the natural world. Yoga with Cat never fails to put a smile on my face and serve up just the thing my body needs. I especially love her restorative yoga and appreciation for settling into those poses.

As a yoga therapist, Cat listens carefully and helps create a safe, supportive space in which you can find what you need to explore. In addition, she’s just a damned good yoga teacher—experienced and skillful. You can get a lot out of working through a sequence of yoga poses with her.

I have back problems and have tried yoga in the past with negative results - I couldn’t do the moves and the instructor couldn’t or didn’t help me modify the movements so I could do them without pain. And, then I found Cat. Cat listened, recommended restorative yoga moves, and worked with me for several weeks showing me how to adjust the movements for my body. She is so gentle, patient, and generous with her time and spirit. I now practice restorative yoga at home. It is my go-to form of exercise to increase my mobility and give myself a healing break when needed. I wouldn’t have discovered this practice if it weren’t for Cat really listening and her insight into what movements would work for me. Thank you, Cat!!!!

Cat is an inspired, intuitive, healer with a lot of holistic knowledge. Please don’t let the sound of yoga therapy scare you away. I broke through some pretty tender stuff my very first session with her and felt very safe, guided, and unguarded in her presence and in her space. I really was able to drop in with her right away… I live with complex PTSD and anyone who does knows there is more to healing than talk therapy. Yoga doesn’t just mean stretchy poses on a mat - my last session with Cat we painted and that was my first time actually having a cathartic experience while painting. I was gifted a session with Cat by a trusted, very down-to-earth friend who has also benefited from sessions. Cat then gifted me a few scholarship sessions - paid for by generous donors. I absolutely recommend booking a session with her.
