Not sure where to start with this review. I started going to 9 Round almost a year ago. Had heard things about it from others and just was hesitant to start. Finally I figured why not and did my free workout. Patrick was so nice and helpful from the start. The owners Patrick and Stephanie are amazing! Everyone that trains in there (including myself) are there to help you become the best version of yourself. In 30 minutes of a workout I’ve never felt the way I have with any other workout. I love the kicking, punching, ALL OF IT! Come check it out and I promise you won’t regret it!!

Really enjoying this place! The format is super helpful for motivating you to work hard, the trainers are great, and the flexible schedule is a godsend. As someone who trains the contact kind of kickboxing at another studio, I still really appreciate the great workout I can get at 9round. It's amazing what they can squeeze into 30 minutes. It's the perfect cardio routine for busy people, and I always walk out feeling both exhausted and energized. Thank you all.

I love how every day is different and how short each round is. As someone who doesn't really enjoy working out, it is actually fun and engaging. Each round is catered to your abilities and disabilities so I don't feel pressured to do something I'm not comfortable with.

Patrick is super fun to work out with. Stop in to try the place out and its hard not to go back. Its super clean, tidy, equipment is well cared for and the workout is super intense. Patrick also is good at finding your level and not letting you slack. But also i wasn't pushed to the point of getting hurt. Looking forward to staying fit here through the winter.

I originally joined 9 Rounds because of the flexibility of no class times. I have always wanted to do kickboxing but the structured class times mist places have didn't fit my schedule. I love it because it is a quick, full body workout that is always different and always tough but fun. The trainers are helpful and supportive but also push you and won't let you slack off! I highly recommend 9 Rounds!

It’s a fast and killer workout! Trainers are there for you every step of the way pushing and encouraging you to do your best. I love that it is only 30 min. I leave drenched every time and crave working out again!!

Love my workouts there! Mark is great to talk with, his staff is friendly, and it feels like I’m playing hard, not working out! Perfect complement to my heavier-lifting gym routine

3/5/19 Edit: I loved 9Round, until I had to leave. I've been injured and not able to work out as often as I'd like. My family hit a financial crunch this month, so I regrettably decided to cancel my membership. I was hoping it would be a temporary break and I'd come back in a few months. Now I won't be.To require a 30 day notice even AFTER your contracted term has ended is just a d*ck move. The last payment is due the day you give the notice, so since I cancelled before my next payment was due, I still had to pay my whole next monthly fee, and pay it early. Meaning I missed out on the days I paid for last month. I'll go elsewhere after I've recovered. When I was recovering from surgery I had to physically bring in a doctors note just to suspend my membership for 2 months. And they are only open 4 hours all weekend. That makes it harder to come in when you are relying on someone to drive you around. The workout is GREAT. The trainers are AWESOME. If you NEVER want to stop going, then this is probably the place for you.

I love kickboxing for a workout and the ability to work out hard in 30 minutes is an added bonus. I never have found the gym too crowded and the trainers are awesome! Just don't forget your gloves - Burpees will be in your future :) But that is good, too! Great workout!

I am 3 months in and I am really happy with this place. It is by far the most I've ever spent on any sort of exercise, but 1) it's only 30 minutes and it is HARD, 2) you get to punch and kick stuff, 3) the GOOD trainers are really good and make it an even more challenging workout. They recently lost one of the better trainers, so I hope the quality of training continues because it really does affect the workout. Brandon is awesome, he's been doing martial arts almost his entire life and really knows how to amp up your workout.
