Fantastic workouts and great team. This is hands down the best accountability partner, workout and community you can get. The fact that they switch up the workouts is a big factor to why I'm still going 3-4 times per week. Every single day you show up, it is a completely different system and a completely different workout. Love it.

Highly recommend if you’ve been on the fence to try out F45! Workouts are consistently challenging but approachable, owners and trainers have built a supportive, fun environment, and the combination of exercises and equipment used are different every day, so my brain and body never get bored. Been a member for a few months now and am super glad I gave this place a try!

F45 staff & owners is such a welcoming community. Casey is such a excellent coach who you can tell cares about the clients. Casey is so helpful as I’m just getting back into the fitness world & always making sure I’m doing the exercises correctly. I really appreciate that.

F45 is my favorite workout! Everyday is a new challenge and I never get bored. The staff is excellent - motivating and really knowledgeable! Class sizes are small and supportive.

I joined F45 a month ago, eager to get back to the gym. This place did not disappoint.Their workouts are challenging but doable for any age! It’s only 45 minutes.Owner Gwen and Donald are incredible people who make you feel like part of their family from the moment you step in the door.I would highly recommend trying out F45!! You will not regret it.
