I discovered inMotion about 12 years ago. It is such a positive and encouraging environment, I’ve been a customer ever since! I’ve never gone anywhere else. Shannon helped me look fantastic for my daughter’s wedding, and fantastic for my 40th college reunion. In addition to looking better in clothes, going to inMotion has helped me reverse prediabetes. When I walk out the door after an inMotion workout I feel fresh and uplifted.

Shannon is SO full of knowledge and experience! I am so impressed with how each class is different so I can’t get bored working out. Every day is different thanks to all of her skills and the different equipment in the gym. She adapts to my injuries and helps me understand how things are working. Although I went in to gain strength, the Mobility class is my favorite! Who knew you’re never too young to work on your mobility. This gym is a sweet spot!

I have gotten so much stronger since going to InMotion Training Studio! I like the small classes and have always felt welcomed by the amazing staff! I would definitely recommend especially if you are feeling overwhelmed going to a large gym.

I am about 7 months into my works out with Brady at InMotion and all I can tell you is wow. Like most of us, when I was in high school I was very active and also very athletic. I could run the 1 mile in 5:52 minutes while carrying my own weight a whopping 200lbs.Fast forward to today, I currently weigh 240lbs but when I started with Brady I weighed 275lbs. There were times when I tipped the scale at 280lbs. For 5 years I have been training with other trainings. I have gained strength and dropped some weight but it always seems to come back.What Brady has been able to do for me is more than I thought any trainer could. He has corrected my physical posture. What does this mean? Well, I am a mechanic by trade and I have been doing it for 19 years. My posture has taken a lot of trauma over the years from all the contortion in small spaces. Over the years I shrug my shoulders to protect/remove stress from my neck which I never new. I was never aware of this til Brady started to correct my posture during the exercises.After 3 months of working out with Brady my body started to shred weight. I went from 270+ to 240lbs. It was crazy and amazing. After 6 months of trying to build muscle on my back while correcting my posture, I am at my best! I feel light on my feet. My cardio has gotten a lot better. I am able to keep up with the other members in my group even though they range between 130-200lbs. At times I feel like I am the leader of the pack during our runs. It is a great feeling! An amazing feeling!!!I have gain strength and cardio with other trainers but Brady has allowed me to correct a bigger problem. My core, legs and arms are so much stronger. My body feels younger. My goal now is to gain control of my diet. I have not changed anything in my diet since I started working out with Brady. I love food but my body is also getting older. It is time for me to change so I can make sure my body can last me a very long time.I highly recommend Brady at InMotion.
