What a great way to keep moving! Can't wait for the childcare room to be extended! I love I can get a workout in while my daughter plays with others her age. So easy!

This is a great place to go. It's a very friendly place and you always feel welcomed. The instructors are energetic and they are there to help you out when needed. The best part is that no one cares how you look when you dance.
