Words can't describe how happy I am to live just 10 minutes away from this studio. The instructors are all so welcoming and motivating (even on the days where I just can't). This is the only workout that has helped in recovery after an ACL tear by strengthening the muscles around my knee and I'm so grateful!

Finally a lagree studio in Bend! I used to travel full-time for work and try out all the workout classes since work paid for. Lagree is just one of the best workouts I've ever done. I never feel fitter and am loving the ladies of High Desert. They are incredibly inclusive and empowering and kick my butt every time.

Lagree HD has really helped me regain my strength. I was going through PT after a back surgery last Spring and the PT therapist recommended Pilates in addition to the program he prescribed. I started taking Lagree almost everyday and my PT was impressed by the gains I made. All of this is attributable to the Lagree classes, as I didn’t really follow the PT program 🤫 In addition, the classes are awesome; fun and challenging, lots of times on the schedule which makes it easy to find a time that works and the instructors are all good. Special shout out to Taera for the great classes this week

LHD is the absolute best and hardest workout ever. The community here is so welcoming and all the instructors are amazing and so kind while also challenging you to work harder and push yourself. I have NEVER been athletic and even describing my lifestyle as ‘sedentary’ before Lagree would be incredibly generous, but going to LHD routinely has been life changing. I’ve noticed posture changes, I have less of a tendency to favor one side of my body over the other, I feel more stable in general, etcYes it’s great for gaining muscle and burning fat too, but the thing I really cared about before starting was trying to undo years of muscle dysfunction from sitting all day, and I definitely notice a huge HUGE difference in that area. Every instructor is kind and attentive, and I can’t recommend the workout and this studio enough regardless of what your goals are!

I started this class having not done any exercise in almost 2 years and it’s given me so much strength and confidence. I’m totally hooked. I’ve never met such an amazing group of teachers and owners like these guys, they encourage you and keep you motivated and pay attention to your form and really look after you. Gorgeous studio, great music. Fun workout. You won’t be disappointed!

I've been doing Lagree for just under 2 months, and in that short time have already felt my body getting so much stronger (specifically my core). From the first class I took with Byrd, I was completely hooked!! And now I've gotten some of my friends obsessed too which makes for an even more fun experience. Every class is hard, makes you sweat, and is worth your time/money/effort. And all the instructors are seriously wonderful.

Lagree is an amazing full-body workout, but this studio perfects the experience. The trainers are all awesome in their own way and the workouts are addicting! I've gained so much strength and confidence from being part of this community. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to get back into a fitness routine. Wow!! From my very first class, I have been OBSESSED. Absolutely the best studio in town and as an athlete and mom coming out of the postpartum, I wanted to reconnect to my body in a more effective and efficient way. I LOVE the challenge of each class, the safety, the professionalism, the core work, each instructor is FANTASTIC and the classes are SO FUN and different each and every time. I look forward to it and love what it offers in addition to my other training. And after 4 weeks…my abs are stronger than ever after baby #2.Thanks LagreeHD!!

Best workout and FAVORITE group of workout instructors I’ve ever experienced. And I’ve done a lot of Pilates and yoga in my life. I’ve done classes across traditional Pilates (Mat, reformer), yoga (hot, not), HIIT, you name it and nothing has impacted my physique as effectively. All the teachers I’ve tried are great, but my personal faves are Lillie, Taera, and Jenny. Highly recommend!
