Career aside, this may be the only other thing I’ve stuck with for 15 years. Suffice to say the owners, the people, and the workouts are in a league of their own.No two workouts have ever been the same. Ever.Corn & Hannah have an unmatched, comprehensive understanding of how the human body moves. They dedicate tremendous time and energy designing complementary movements and it shows. They have their own, individual style of coaching that will rock your world. These athletes know how to work your body, motivate you, and create killer playlists.Members from every age group, all walks of life and different backgrounds can be found here. We have two things in common-we work hard and we genuinely care about each other. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the synergy of the 6:15am classes. You have to be half nuts to work hard at that hour and enjoy it. And we do. I’ve worked out all offered times and there’s something very special and unique about the early crowd. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete, just starting to get in shape, or unsure what you want, roll out of bed and come on down. I bet you’ll be back for more.

I love working out at LIFT. Cornelius and Hannah and their team make it fun to work out. The music is motivating and the classes are challenging and you can always modify to your own needs. It’s like a family there. I’ve been going for over 10 years and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. LIFT is the place for me!

Took their free first class and thoroughly enjoyed myself! The workout was variegated and hard! As a former Orange Theory member, I would choose this locally owned gym for a similar HIIT workout but with a lot more cool equipment to choose from that I haven’t seen before. It was clean, comfortable and challenging!

Owners Cornelius and Hannah are so welcoming and knowledgeable, they really make the space welcoming for all and you get a super efficient workout! We’re lucky to have them in Bend!

I’ve tried lots of other free trials of HIIT or strength training type places in Bend and this is the first one where I did the free trial day and wanted to sign up that day. This place is high energy and instructors are supportive, motivating and have quick modifications for during your workout. Very friendly and inviting staff! I went for my first time and it was a great experience in every way. I might be a “tad” sore today but that’s what I want! Their schedule is flexible, a variety of classes and big and clean space. I’ll be signing up this next week for the unlimited membership. Thanks Lift!

This community was incredibly welcoming; from staff to location and members everything has exceeded expectations. I've been sore all week (and that's a compliment to their great programming) and I look forward to trying even more class styles in the coming weeks. When I tell my friends about it, I always say it just has 'good vibes'. Highly recommend.

Best gym in Bend! Knowledgeable and friendly trainers, positive environment, and awesome equipment for a well rounded workout. Honestly, the best people all around and makes you feel like a part of the community! Highly recommend!!!
