Its a great place to train and you learn so much and ive never had such a great coach like jim smith and very caring and feels like family with everyone that goes to smith mma. Come down and try it out.

I spend all day at a desk job and look forward to coming into the gym afterwards for a great workout. Every practice my skill level increases, and I have a variety of experienced partners to train with. I love seeing progress in my overall fitness and look forward to becoming a better martial artist.

Absolutely the best training experience I've had. I've trained off and on in women's kickboxing with Jimmy at Smith Martial Arts since 2014 and find him to be the most supportive, encouraging and caring coach around! I highly recommend Smith Martial Arts!

I love Womens Kickboxing with Coach Jimmy Smith. The 5:30 pm class is 45 minutes, 15 min. warm up and 30 min. punching and kicking bags to music. Jimmy makes it fun, affordable and it's the best workout ever! Everyone needs to own a pair of boxing gloves. I am a beginner and he makes it easy to learn 9 basic defensive moves. Try his Starter Package, you'll get super fit in a few weeks and think about how much fun you'll have punching bags!

Smith Martial Arts is a great place to train, whether to learn self-defense and MMA or to improve overall fitness. The gym is well equipped with strength and functional fitness equipment for people of all ages. The large matted area is awesome. Jim Smith does an excellent job with individual clients and organizing group fitness classes. He really knows his stuff.
