I love the class, the coach, the program, and the community. I got so much stronger and made a lot of friends. When I started to come to this gym, I had an ankle injury but the coach worked with me through that and now I’m all better and stronger! I would 100% recommend this gym!!

If you're new to training/fitness, please don't go here. I walked into this location as an eighteen year old with no deadlifting experience. The head coach loaded me up with way too much weight, and I damaged both knees. Ten years later and countless hours of personal training/physical therapy, I'm still recovering from the injury. Had I known what would happen and that I wasn't being guided by thoughtful people, I never would have stepped into this gym.
