I appreciate that I don’t have to plan the workout and I get a full hour that works on the whole body. I tend to leave sweaty and exhausted, which frankly is the goal. Helped me shed over 30 pounds.

I love OTF Berkeley, I’ve been going for years. The staff is friendly and engaged, and the coaches really try to make working out fun and safe (which as anybody who goes to a gym knows, working out is not always fun, and sometimes being surrounded by friendly people is the difference between going to the gym and staying on the couch.) If you need help getting motivated to improve your health, consider OTF. They plan all the workouts, you just show up.

I love coming to classes here. The front desk staff, Alondra and Zoe take the time to learn your name and really make you feel welcomed. The class itself is a great workout and slightly addicting. The coaches are all helpful and kind, they bring the energy that makes working out fun!

While all the OTF staff at various locations I’ve visited are super nice, the Berkeley team is next level kind, supportive and fun. There’s never a dull work-out. They know your name, and they cheer you on. Each coach has their own style , but I always come away learning something new about exercise and about myself. What a fun way to stay fit :)
