Very warm and welcoming environment. The teachers are all very knowledgeable, and I love that I feel I was doing real yoga instead of just stretching and doing bunch of postures!

Reasons to visit this studio:1. Your instructor! If I could give more than a 10 I would. I cannot tell you everything I have been through in this short week of my life and how thankful I am my sister brought me. The compassion I felt from her helped me to find a glimmer of peace. I needed delicate and to be cared for. Thank you.2. Cleanliness.3. Ambiance.

I liked it because I felt Judiths authentic presence. So warm, something about her. I felt it was more personal than any other online class or event I've taken. It was especially comfortable as it was actually inside her home. And I was really ready for that particular material in my life. I've been superficially aware of the chakras for 40 years, but at this point in my life - I understand the language of speaking about them, and find them very real for myself, and I wanted this kind of clarification. HOWEVER, I did have a problem with Zoom, I could not get on the class till 45 MINUTES after it began. And I really want to make up for that loss. Am I going to be able to view the class again ???? Please let me know about this.

The only yoga studio that offers the beautiful yoga style "Anusara-Yoga" in the Bay-Area. The certified Anusara teacher teaches in a wonderful, in this style usual, strength-giving and heart-opening, deeply touching style. This yoga style is booming in Europe and combines old wisdom teachings with modern principles of alignment in a great way.

Yoga Kula is a phenomenal studio in the heart of Berkeley! They offer multiple classes each day of the week; as well as Pilates. The staff is gracious and comforting and knowledgeable. I am especially fond of Kimber Simpkins, Chrissy Graham and Mark Silva. They offer private events, spa services and an abundant schedule of public events! You can sign up for classes online and see any substitute instructors. The studio is on the second level and provides a sunny and spacious view during asana!
