Great facility, reasonable rates, and true 1:1 attention. You're literally the only person in the gym when training with the owner. The facility has a selection of brand new, state of the art equipment in a very clean atmosphere. They take the time to find out what your goals are and they tailor your workout to hit those goals and push you to excel further.Five stars! Great gym, great trainer, great results!
