I’ve never had a good experience at this studio. The staff are persnickety and stuck up. They’re unhelpful and have horrible customer service. Save your money and go somewhere upbeat and fun like The Hot Yoga Hut. Yoga is supposed to be about positive vibes which you won’t get here.

Caution: When signing up for classes there is a time limit for which you have to use the classes; 45 days I believe (other practices provide a year). This is not mentioned to you when purchasing classes as a new client. Classes are canceled during the week and they do not offer an extension for their classes that are canceled. Studio is clean and Mark is a great instructor. They could have a great thing but their customer service really lacks. I sent emails that were never responded to. Caused more stress than good honestly.

I have been going to this studio for just about 2 years. The instructors are so helpful. They are always welcoming and supportive when guiding me in my practice! Practicing Bikram at this studio has helped me physically and mentally. Also, studio is always neat and clean.

What's not to love!! The instructors are absolutely wonderful!! Shout out to Maria, Laura, Teriane, Kelsey and Kermit. They are all such a wealth of information and always willing to answer any question you may have. The facilities are super clean! The class times suit my schedule so I'm able to take advantage of the Bikram, Vinyasa and Gentle Yoga classes! (There's also Fusion, Boxing and meditation). You'll also find a great amount of support and encouragement from the members. You won't find a better place to invest your time and energy toward greater health and wellness! It works your body..inside and out!

BYLV is one of the best studios to practice at. The heating system is awesome, the locker rooms are kept very clean, and the studio room is impressive. The instructors are very encouraging and knowledgeable. BYLV is a fantastic studio to practice at!!!!

This is by far one of the best experiences I've had with yoga. I've never taken bikram yoga before and the instructor was extremely helpful with guiding me along the way, very personable. The studio is so clean, it's unbelievable. So impressed. Highly recommend.

About a year ago, my wife was told to have back surgery or 'try hot yoga'. I also had chronic back fatigue and a handful of injuries from 40 years of sports. We started participating in the variety of classes offered, and now are stronger and feel great. The 'hot room' takes some getting used to, but now we look forward to a great stretch or workout.This is probably the cleanest facility for exercise I've ever visited, and the instructors are world class. They are so friendly and get the best out of you no matter what level of fitness you are at. The variety of classes make each week an interesting blend of workouts that strengthen and heal muscles we didn't know existed. The classes are in a group session but the instructors make you feel like you are getting one on one attention.It is fantastic to have a local business like this in the lehigh valley. Great job!

Finding Bikram Yoga Lehigh Valley two years ago was the best thing that could have happened to me. Bikram yoga has positively effecting my life physically and mentally. The Bikram Yoga Lehigh Valley studio is unlike any other studio I have been to. Not only is the studio spacious and clean, but the studio owners make it very welcoming. The studio is a very positive environment, that makes you want to keep coming back and coming back (which is why I do!). All of the staff is so nice and always seeking to help students out whenever possible. Bikram yoga has nothing but positive energy, healing effects on the body, and smiling happy faces!! Love it and recommend it to anyone and everyone of all ages.

The yoga is great and the instructors are also good, they could work with people more to maintain good relationships with clients.
