Classroom equipment needs updating.The steps are very dangerous- some are missing the rubber feet, which causes them to slide on the floor. Some have treads that are detached and stick out/up- this is a tripping hazard! We were told they were going to get fixed/replaced last year, but have yet to see it. This is surprising because these issues are so dangerous.Also, they need heavier free weights in the classroom- it’s a contest to see who can get the one 10lb set, and even then it’s sometimes missing because so many people take the classroom equipment out on the floor.The instructors are great and the staff is friendly.

First time working out here! Vibe is amazing, the crowd and staff is great and helpful! So much equipment so there is 0 wait time to get a good workout in. Definitely going to look for one nearby to sign up

La Fitness is an amazing gym. Customer service is 10/10 and I would recommend the gym to anyone looking for a new gym in the Lehigh Valley!

Overall the gym is not bad ! The one thing that bothers me is that when they teach classes in the pool they take the whole pool there is no reason for that !As a paying customer along with others we would like to be able to use the pool when we want as well. The other things that bothers me is that there are too many patrons that are on their phones while making people wait to use the equipment the management needs to police this problem ! We pay to workout that is what we want to do not wait on people to get off their phones and decide to work out !

Normally I don’t do these reviews but I have to say..Cameron Mousley IS THE MAN!! I was having a little bit of issues with my free guest pass on 4/24/23 and although Cam was minutes within the end of shift, he was very patient in assisting me throughout. I felt welcomed, not rushed, and he produced results in activating my guest pass which allowed me to continue my workout. Small things like that means a lot to the customer and for that I’m appreciative. Thanks a lot, Cam!

Visited the gym while I was in town, and this place needs some TLC. Machines here are way past their end of life point. Also tons of scuffs carpet tears, this place needs a remodel, not just for safety but for outdated ness as well.

I honestly don’t know how this gym has so many positive reviews. It’s one of the most mediocre LA Fitness’s I’ve ever been to. They’re charging new members $50+ for a crowded gym with only 2 squat racks, a makeshift hip thrust station, no group classes before 8 am, some machines like the seated cable row work but have some sort of quirk to them, the carpets reek, they close at 10 pm compared to other LA Fitness gyms that close at 11, and it smells like weed 50% of the time. This gym is worth $20 a month at best.

Don’t take your kids here if you want them to be safe. The kids environment is extremely poorly run. Multiple children have been hurt in the facility, and nobody is willing to take responsibility. If you like old used up equipment that …
