Absolutely awesome!!! Mike the owner is great beyond words. He is very knowledgeable and extremely patient and understanding of any injuries that may need to be addressed for your workout plan!!!! It's easy access off Rt 22 East or West makes for a quick trip.Optimum Performance Center is NOT your 'Run Of The Mill" Gym. This is a highly specialized workout facility. It is geared toward improving and helping Athlethes to achieve ultimate results. Likewise, it's great for those who desire to sculpt their body.Mike and Michelle provide one on one or group coaching. The plan designs are not cookie cutter. Instead, they are tailored to One's individual goals for peak strength, conditioning, agility and physical prowess.They work w/ children ages seven (7) and up. These programs are beneficial for Boys, Girls, Women and Men. Many parents have commented on the "Positive" physical development of their children.COVID Protocols are in place. I’ve been working out at The Optimum Performance Center with Mike for 2 and a 1/2 months. I’ve worked out with personal trainers in the past and did not have positive experiences. Mike’s approach to training is unique and individualized. Mike takes the time to get to know the clients he serves to determine the best approach to meet their needs. Even when you are part of a class, you still receive individual attention! I highly recommend checking out The Optimum Performance Center!
