The water pressure was not great, and the facility was not extremely clean, but the two night shift personnel were very nice.

I was told I couldn't have a gallon of water with me while working out. I suppose a gallon of beer would've sufficed. This is my first and last time going here. Will be cancelling my membership and signing up with a gym that accepts gallon of water. Pathetic policy!!!

Barely open 1 year & typical gym owner has not put $1 back into the place. All 4 individual mats are worn torn & nasty. You will get verbally harassed if you bring your own mat.On my next visit, there were 2 new individual workout mats. Thank You.

Don't sign up.I hurt my back and called them to quit the gym. They said I had to put it in writing or see them in person to quit.I ended up moving and switching banks. Their solution to that is to send it to collections.I haven't lived there in months and hurt my back, but they want the process of quitting to be as annoying and painful as possible so they can squeeze more ten dollar payments out of people.

I didn't actually get to join planet fitness because they will litterally only take payment through a checking account. I use a cc for absolutely everything and was super uncomfortable giving my checking acct info. You really need to change this because some people Don't have checking accts and some people, like myself pay one bill for everything at the end of the month and prefer to use credit cards as apposed to checking info.
