Hands down the BEST gym in the Lehigh Valley - and I've been to all. It has several rooms, a lot of space, and machines you've never seen before.The staff is very professional and the members are friendly. Most importantly, it's open 24/7! If you become a member and come after hours, please be respectful to the gym otherwise it'll stop being 24h. This schedule is a privilege, so treat as one. DBs go up to 150, plenty of barbells, AC is super fresh and clean. Simply perfect in my opinion.Again, probably the best gym you'll ever go to.
