I started at Unrivaled with nutritional counseling. Over a 6 month period I lost 25 lbs and learned how to make better food choices without starving or giving up my favorite foods.I also participate in the group classes. These are high intensity workouts- a different way to work out instead of just weight training or cardio. Aaron and Shelly are awesome. I get a great workout, and have become friends with great people.
