I was suffering from back to leg pain. It was so bad i could hardly move in the mornings. I was going to chiropractors with no avail. After just one visit with Josh, my pain subsided about 60 percent. I highly recomend North 40 Physical Therapy.

Josh Henderson is an optimal PT! He is very well rounded with his knowledge of how the human body moves. I have been treated by Josh for a rare overuse injury from running and he also helped me with old problems that a previous PT just couldn't. We also did a running analysis which has helped tremendously with the races I do. I highly recommend him for practically anything you are struggling with.

Josh worked wonders on a chronic TFL pain in my right hip. He helped structure a series of stretches and strength training exercises specific to my issue. After only 4 sessions, in addition to some dry needling, my pain is gone. I couldn't be happier with the quality of service I received from Josh. Josh is amazing!! When I first reached out I was on week 7 of a constant tension headache and had just about lost hope of anything helping it. Josh helped me with issues in my jaw due to TMD, as well as my neck, shoulders, and back. I’m now almost 2 months headache free, working on building strength, good posture, and doing things to prevent more flare ups in the future. I could not be happier that I found North 40! The whole staff is incredible!! 11/10 would recommend!

Would highly recommend Josh and the staff at North 40. Patient and thorough, Josh has been great to work with in resolving my knee issues. PT can be frustrating, but Josh is excellent at keeping you and your expectations on track.

There is a better way to fitness and a pain-free, active life! It's North 40!North 40 Physical Therapy is an excellent sports physical therapist/rehab/occupational therapy center. I've struggled with an Achilles tear and buildup of scar tissue for years. I love to be active, and want to continue to do so as I get older. The pain in my Achilles was really holding me back. (I'm heading into my 50s....)I am glad to say that the professionalism, care and expertise that I've benefited from with the folks at North 40 has helped me get around the corner and not only heal from my injuries but also learn why I was getting hurt... and I've learned exercises and stretches to avoid getting hurt again. It's probably not good that I've had the privilege of being a repeat client at North 40, but here we are.... a life we'll lived needs a good physical therapy session from time to time!Both Jeff and Josh have helped me with whiplash incidents and Josh took care of a hip injury.
