I have had the blessing of working primarily with Josh and also Sidney and Jeff with my right knee. It has been amazing to experience the progression from needing a cane to walk 3 weeks ago to today no longer needing a cane because of the strength and mobility that they have worked so diligently with me to achieve. I highly recommend North 40 PT. Jeff and Josh are true professionals. They have a keen understanding of PT and have tailored their treatment to effectively target my specific needs. The sessions provide a variety of exercises, with each one clearly explained. Home therapies advance progress between sessions. They are personable and patient. We are fortunate to have them in Billings!

I struggled with neck, shoulder and back pain for months before "giving in" and seeking help. I really wish I had "given in" sooner! Seeking help is smart. Seeking help at North 40 Physical Therapy is even smarter!The thing that impressed me most on my first visit was how well Josh listened. He cared about the details of my pain and frustration and tailored his care based on my input. There is no blanket approach here, no get-em-in and get-em-out like I've experienced elsewhere.
