Went to purchase a bow for my daughter today. Brayden in the Archery dpt. Was incredible to work with. He clearly knew what he was talking about and was very patient with all our questions and learning as well as navigating their large selection. Helped her pick out a bow that she’s thrilled with and took the time to help her understand the fundamentals of shooting as it’s new for her. Can’t say enough good things about our experience.

I visited today with a friend who recently had eye surgery and is not able to see. We wanted to get a walking stick or hiking poles to help her navigate her surroundings for the next couple of weeks. Josh B. helped us to find the right pole, made sure it was sized correctly for her height, and that we were comfortable with the purchase. His patience and customer service were above and beyond exceptional!! Thank you so much for the compassion shown during a challenging time.

Nice store. Just moved here from Kansas. Hubby and I needed boots. Ran into the same manager about 3 times in our store shopping experience. I guess we looked like thieves. My clearance boots didn’t have the clearance sticker at the checkout. So I’m sure that made them think we were shady. Another manager standing by watching us as we purchased almost $300 worth. I won’t be back. You made me feel like a criminal on my 1st shopping experience at your store. Stop following people around like that.

Scheels is great! From the statues as you walk up. To the friendly people when you walk in... If it's outdoors/athletic related your more than likely going to find it here... I walk out with a 12 man tent for Rockin the Rivers. Thanks

When a store is more than a store! This place is super interactive if you have your kids with you! From the giant fish tank, to the cool displays upstairs! Don’t forget to grab yourself a fresh bag of pecans from the mid landing of the stairs!

Scheels is a must-stop for all things outdoor and sports related. This store literally has everything you could ever want. The staff is friendly, and the store is super clean. Even if you are not looking for anything specific, it is fun just to walk around. Plus, if you have kids, the Ferris Wheel is a fun attraction.

Definitely a must see in Billings. HUGE store you could spend hours in. Super fun attractions for the kids like a Ferris wheel, bowling, and arcade games. The cafe has awesome coffee too! The biggest reason for the review is the awesome staff. Everyone was so nice and helpful, we specifically worked with Karen in the home decor section and she was awesome! She helped us get an ottoman to our car; super nice because they give you the tag to purchase, then they do the work of packaging it up and bringing it to their receiving area on the outside of the building where they load it up into your car. 5 star service, 5 star store!!
