I had never been here beforeI brought a friend to be their emotional support and there was very little I could do to navigate the store since there wasn't standard signage. I guess their stock changes so rapidly that even standing sign clips would get lost, damaged and jostled more frequently than would make them cost effectiveStaff were very helpful and understanding 👍🏼

Great store, very clean. Would have given a 5 but it seems the cashier must have been having a bad day. No "hello" and no response when I said "thank you"....not even a smile.

The merchandise is always spot on good for any age and represents the best things about montana how we are the furthest place from any ware and we have some of the highest living standards which makes things available and that alowes ower small town grow and stay current. USA!

I will not return to the gun department in this store. I've purchased multiple weapons from other locations without issue.Sadly the veteran of 14 years in this location isn't trying to assist customers with their form, rather he plays a mysterious game of, find the error.And once you make the error, after filling out the entire form, he then more than happily points out the fine print you missed.Why not skip this embarrassment for the customer and just be more clear about the specific question and specific detail quoted in parentheses that might otherwise not seem important to a customer who hasn't dealt with those forms for 14 years.

Huge selection, great products, fair prices, would have been 5 stars but I never had an employee ask if I needed any help. Instead he greeted me and complained about being at work in passing.I've worked retail and I know it sucks but I never let my customers know my day sucked.

Love Big R . Always a must when traveling to Montana. There's usually plenty of boot styles to choose from this year not so much. They focused mainly on Pendleton & clothing. This year I just bought a hat and candy. Maybe Next year I'll get some better buys.
