Stopped in for some farm staples. Sweet feed and fly spray for the horses. The crew is helpful and knowledgeable. They'll even load the bags of sweet feed for you. Thanks. Well done.

The parking lot is not trailer friendly, yet they sell farm stuff. The selection of products is great, as long as you are an adult. We where looking for children's cloths accesories, none to be found.

Love this store. Has almost everything. Farm, ranch, tools, clothing, guns, ewelry, automotive and snacks including Jerky. I like to go and just walk the aisles sometimes. Super friendly staff asking me if I need help.

We showed up to get a pair of boots 13 minutes before closing and were treated like a customer should be treated even though they were getting ready to close... On a Friday night!Cat helped my daughter get her first pair of boots and was so helpful without rushing us. We were out of the store with smiling customer service 3 minutes after closing. 🙂

Love this store! The cashier and I shared jokes and got several people laughing. I bought rain barrels to catch water from our downspouts. The gentleman loaded them in my car. Fast, easy, friendly.

It’s not often we find a store like this! As a family with five children it’s rare that we leave a store not feeling a little stressed out…however this trip was not only stress free but everyone left with a smile. The kids were excited seeing the water features right when we walked in and the toy section had just the right prices for all the kids to get something. My wife had a great time shopping :) however I think I had the biggest smile…the clothing section had my size. Being big, tall and handsome it’s rare that I find everything in my size. Definitely coming back.

So thankful for the large selection of fairly priced jeans. Just wish the staff had a better attitude towards non informed customers. Didn't realize their Sunday hours were different, all our items were found by 6 o'clock, but unaware of their hours we decided to just browse around. Now if one of the six employees we had passed several times had just gave us a quick reminder or warning we would've been before 6, but nevertheless at 6:04 a female employee comes to me in a clearly tired and rude way and says ma'am we've been closed for 4 minutes. After apologizing I we rush over to checkout and apologize once again. The employee checking us out then continues the mood and says I guess its just that kind of day for me, and continues to rag on us about how awful her day was. Sorry not sorry shiptons

Helpful and nice staff! The store is laid out a little odd and had a hard time finding a good shirt for my husband (not because they didn't have one but because the store layout is rather off and not very clear)

Usually pick up feed for the cow and horses here, today I saw bulk dog treats and inquired about country of origin and two employees told me to ask the manufacturer. I asked doesn't the manager know to which they replied just call the manufacturer but couldn't tell me who that is? A little more customer service would be nice. We fear dog treats from out of country due to recent deaths of dogs. No dog treat sale today....

Would like to see Shiptons carry more local Made in Montana sporting goods and fishing tackle. Talked with the manager in the West end store and everything Shiptons carries has to go through the Corporate office downtown.Contacted the Corporate office to schedule a meeting for local Made in Montana fishing lures and was told they were busy and they carry a local fishing lure that is not Made in Montana but mass produced by WTP plastics in Minnesota being marketed as custom made local fishing tackle. This 406 blade is a poor copy of the patented Back T Back blade handmade in Billings Montana by Tackle With Love.
