Great training! The staff is friendly and knowledgable. Wonderful exercise, discipline and practical self defense for kids and adults, male or female. As a former law enforcement officer,I recommend this training and this location to teach women and young girls how to defend themselves from an attacker.Tournament training is also available for those that are looking for more competition than self defense.Call the staff with any questions. Try a free class. The instructors will put you in a Gi and let you participate in a class to see how much fun and exciting training at Gracie Barra Greystone location can be.

I was nervous to come to class because it has been so long since I’ve done much Physical activity and been in a competitive environment. A close friend of mine convinced me to finally come. That first night was a hard workout for someone who has been out of shape since the start of covid. Here I am a few weeks down the line and I can see and feel the progress I’ve made already in just being in better shape. The coaches and Frank are awesome. The environment is extremely inclusive. Everyone is respectful and super nice. The more experienced meme era are so open to teaching and answering questions as you go. It is overall one of the best decisions I have made signing up for Gracie Barra. Thank you for the opportunity to join you all!!

The instructors and more importantly culture of this gym is one of the best I have ever seen. They are family oriented, and very good with children and adults. Whether you want to lean up and look better, or become a finely tuned competitor, this is a great place. Frank and Cole are great.

Love this gym! The location is right on the way to work, makes hitting a 6am class doable, and one on the way home easy. Feels like I get the attention I need. Saturdays 2 hour classes are my favorite.The people here are great too. Coaches to the students. Everybody here can teach you something.

Man, Frank is a great well of knowledge and can actually teach. He can help move you from brand new beginner to feeling like you have some tangibles. The team is great and the training is so fun and addicting! You’ll be wanting more from day one.
