5/5 for the downtown branch1-2/5 for corporate/managementThe coaches are fabulous and so are the workouts! If you are going to do Iron Tribe, go downtown! :) I used to go and I got great results. I stopped because I moved away. JT is the best!!!You should go downtown because of the coaches, but the company can sometimes be frustrating. It's not really open on the weekends (when most people are free to workout). You feel bad complaining because its clear the coaches already work really hard and you don't want to make them work harder but this is a problem with the model. The mobile app is really glitchy- almost not worth usingAnything outside of a class is gonna cost ya $$$. Being asked for money gets old on top of an already "premium price". Especially frustrating when you add on top that if there is an outside event (remember - costs $$$) you can forget about a weekend workout.I noticed all the reviews have been posted in the last couple weeks. I asked a friend about that and she said they have been asking for reviews on social media. This is an example of how dysfunctional the company/management can be. I'm sure they only expected glowing reviews.Management is quick to point out its success, but there isn't enough time spent asking clients what they want or what could be better. It seems like they take existing clients for granted. My name is anonymous because it would cost me a lot of time to field e-mails and talk to management about all this stuff and I've really said all I have to say here. Adding my name would only create more fury around this review.

I honestly didn't think I would enjoy ITF but gave it a try anyways. In the end, it was a great decision! I have kept it up solely because of the coaches and friends I have made in class who push me to keep going. This is definitely the gym to join for accountability purposes! I am NOT an athlete and am able to modify workouts to those that I feel comfortable with. If you are not trying ITF because you "don't do crossfit" or "it's too crazy" just give it a shot and I bet you will be proven wrong!

I have been going to this gym for over 2 years and have loved every day I go. I was immediately accepted and taken into the fold; there was no "in" and "out" crowd like at many other gyms. Iron Tribe let me take my fitness and health to the next level, all the while having a great time! The coaches at this gym in particular have a lot of fun in what they do, which spreads to everyone at the gym.

Iron Tribe is a great place to get your workout. There are all different levels of athletic ability and the environment is incredibly supportive. Each day, the workout is broken down into different "levels" and YOU decide how hard to push yourself. If you're looking to maintain health or to get started for the first time, this is the place to go!

It's one of the best ways to stay motivated and get healthy. The coaches are invested in each person and are dedicated to your goals as much as you are. The facilities are kept up well and the location is great for anyone passing through or living nearby!

Great Gym! After many years of a sedentary lifestyle due to sport injuries I decided to try Iron Tribe. The best decision! Their functional training is great for strengthening the core and balancing muscles across the whole body; which truly helps with chronic injuries. The staff is courteous, professional and always there to help and motivate. Great staff, great people, great sense of community and a great gym!

IronTribe has been the most positive change in my life, outside of starting a Family! The coaches know exactly how to push you, based on what you can do. I have always been involved in sports and outdoor recreation, and this totally has the Team element that makes me want to improve, every day!!Thanks to all the Coaches/Management at the Downtown gym! You guys are the BEST!!

This is the best way I have ever found to fit exercise into my schedule. As a father of 5 and a business owner, I need to stay healthy, but I have so little time. The workouts are certainly intense, but can be scaled to any level. Best of all, I am in and out in 45 minutes or less. The coaches/trainers are very friendly, and the other athletes are awesome about encouraging and challenging you to improve. I would recommend it to anyone.
