TITLE Boxing Club Birmingham

This place is FANTASTIC. The instructors, management, everyone is just great.They are easy to work with, make it a very pleasant experience, and all-around a great business model. The staff is very communicative and prompt with my questions.Terrain and Kole and Emily are shining stars!!!!The energy is positive and upbeat. I am very pleased with the entire gym at Birmingham and highly recommend.

I want to preface my review by saying that I started my title boxing journey back in 2014 (Chicago location) and the level of customer service there by the owner was incomparable to what I have experienced in the Birmingham location, unfortunately. I started in the Birmingham location doing a month to month membership $99/8 classes a month, because of a schedule conflict I had to put my membership on hold for 3 months paying $10/month in order to "save" my credits. I was under the impression I was able to use my credits whenever I restarted my monthly payment, well that wasn't the case. So not only did I end up paying $30 for a monthly "hold" that didn't allow me to use the 7 credits I had left but then also got stuck paying $99 when I decided to cancel bc they have a 30 day notice. Ultimately I decided to go ahead with the cancellation because of the lack of customer service. Follow-up: In contradiction to what the owner wants to say they DIDN'T call or text about my hold being up .

Great facility, friendly staff and super experienced trainers. I’ve been training here for a year with no prior experience and have learned so much about my strength and ability! They also have an app which makes booking sessions super easy.

Just joined the club and my experience has been nothing but positive. Great workout, clean environment and very motivating, uplifting and friendly trainers. I really have enjoyed all of the classes so far.

Fantastic trainers and such a great workout! I've been working out at Title for years and it never disappoints! Facility is clean and tidy- bags and flooring is sanitized before every class!

The moment I walked in , I began to feel a family connection, I’m so glad I found TITLE BOXING CLUB. This place is already changing my life for the better!!! The Staff and Trainers are absolutely amazing and friendly, they train us super hard, and I love it

I'm fairly new to boxing. ALL of the trainers were so helpful when I first started. Every trainer gives something unique, from hard-core workouts to light shadow boxing. I've even been personally corrected on form and stretching techniques. A great place to start learning with great peers

Such an amazing experience! If you ever thought of boxing DO IT! The trainers are so skilled and bring their own style. I absolutely love it.

I have never committed to a work out class for more than a day until title. Friendly trainers that make you feel comfortable and teach well. I look forward to going to each class.

This is the worst place. They lie to get you to sign up with them. Very unprofessional. All of the sudden contract monthly charges automatically flip month to month without calling you or letting know in advance. STAY AWAY!!!!
