Dustin was fantastic at the front desk and made the process of signing up super simple! Not only that, but he was very knowledgeable and made sure that I had a full understanding of everything that I was signing up for/paying for.My first workout with Mel was amazing as well! I’m loving OTF so far and would definitely recommend it to anybody looking for a group workout in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

This studio is excellent. All the coaches were knowledgeable and corrected me without hesitation. In addition, you all push us, especially when we're tired.Kyle, the head coach, Allec, Allie, and Mel were excellent. I almost want to move back to Detroit to come here regularly. I love the various Strength 50 upper, lower, and total. If you live nearby, you have no excuse not to come. The regular members have also been friendly as well. I'm impressed. Their equipment is up to date, and it's spacious, with plenty of room between spots.

I have only been signed up for a short period of time but I’m loving every minute. I used to work out 1 day a week or maybe not all. Now I’m working out 4/5 days a week

The overall experience and variety of workouts are great! The coaches and staff are all fantastic and very helpful! I am so glad I joined back in December 2019! Best decision I ever made for my health and well being!
