I highly recommend that you try wingtsun kungfu here for self defense, especially if you struggle with handling someone bigger than you and easily intimidated by someone. I practiced martial arts such as jujitsu, muaythai, boxing, kendo, etc. Learning wingtsun really developed my game. I feel confident going against someone bigger than me. Not many people can intimidate me anymore. For such transformation, you need to put in efforts and learn from a great instructor. Sifu Mike's skills are proven and you won't regret learning from him. If you are skeptical, show up and try it out. Just do it.

I've been training with Sifu Mike Adams for about a year and 8 months. Wing Chun was something I had wanted to do since, I had practiced MMA 6 years ago, and had avoided due to views on traditional martial arts. Through MMA I had gained a great respect for all martial arts, and was please to have such an open and welcoming instructors. The principles and practice of wing chun can stand alone, as well as supplement prior martial arts experience. Personally, I've found Wing Chun to improve my daily life as well as my glassblowing and Art practice.
