Great facility.. just too many girls using their phones and sitting on a machine for too many minutes... just sitting there.. and not really sure if I wanna ask her to move along without getting yelled at by a selfish arrogant prima Donna

As with all Planet Fitness facilities, this one is clean and bright, with a full complement to of equipment. I'd like to see fewer customers monopolizing machines while they sit on their phone, but this isn't unique to this facility.

Awesome gym and very big. They felt welcoming and I did not feel ashamed of my weight gain from my pregnancy but motivated to work on being healthy again.

I am choosing a 1 because it is goofy and a scam that cancellations requires you to do in person. In today's day and age of the internet, the only reason a cancellation needs to be done in person is to put up roadblocks to maintain your monthly payment. This is shady business and will not return for this reason alone.

Today I went to the gym and saw that a locker was forced open in an attempt to open it, at approximately 12:20 a.m. but they couldn't. Somebody Clearly tried to open it to steal what was inside.The locker room is not safe at all to leave your belongings. And I confirmed this because approximately 3 months ago I was the victim of theft of my belongings inside the locker room. Someone broke the lock pad on my locker, taking my backpack, car keys and other accessories. I let the staff girl know. so she told me to call the police to make the report. I contacted the manager and she was uncooperative with the investigation with the police officers like she didn't care at all. REALLY BAD GYM IN SECURITY
