Words cannot express how much Tatiana and the whole crew at Ethos help not only my physical health, but mental health as well. The vibe is always so friendly and fun. The workouts are tough, based on researched methods and techniques, and the instructors are able to meet anyone at their own fitness level to ensure every gets a safe and effective workout. It’s not just a workout, it’s training - for life. Plus, COFFEEEEEE!!!! ❤️

I’ve belonged to many fitness studios over the past 25 years- New York City, Princeton, NJ, and Bloomington, IN. Ethos is by any measure the best I’ve experienced. Talented instructors, focused instruction, acceptance and encouragement for people at all levels of fitness all wrapped into a warm community of participants! Mindy and Tatiana are the best!

Ethos Fitness provides a variety of classes (cycling, rowing, strength, yoga, cardio, TRX, etc.) and flexible schedule options (in person & virtual) to meet the needs of anyone who has a desire to stay fit and healthy. The certified instructors are extremely knowledgable and provide fun and motivating classes. I love staying fit at Ethos!

Ethos classes are often the best parts of my week. Variety … knowledgeable, motivating instructors … welcoming community … adaptions available for injuries … perfect for many ages and abilities. Encouraging, not competitive. In-person, virtual and on-demand options make it easy to fit exercise into your week. Highly recommend.
