This place used to be one of the best training facilities but not anymore. I was one of the oldest members since the Fullerton location. They showed me no compassion about a health situation so I don't recommend this place at all. All the good trainers are gone.

Great bootcamp classes, always challenging, incorporating weights and cardio. The coaches provide alternatives in the event of injury or other needs. Best in Btown hands down!!

Wonderful place to workout. I have been doing 3 sessions a week of PT for 8 years and they always find new ways to keep it fun and challenging.

While I am only on my 3rd week of group training and it is still kicking my butt, I love going! The trainers help keep it fun and modify any exercise for your skill level!

I was only at Force during a 10 bootcamp session trial, but my results were fantastic. So I got this great deal and attended three 50-minute bootcamps a week for a little over 3 weeks. By my third session, people began to notice my body was getting leaner and started asking me what I was doing to lose weight. I love their bootcamp strategy, which is to do short bursts of intense activity to raise metabolism. They offer different activities every session so that you rarely ever do the same activity in a month, which keeps you from getting bored and/or dreading some activity you may not have liked the session before. They have so much equipment to use: kettle bells, sand bags, resistance bands, heavy ropes, barbells, etc- I don't know the proper names for all of their equipment but every session you will use most of it, but in a different way every day.My fiance could definitely see the changes happening. I am by no means a small girl; when I started bootcamp I had had a baby a year before and had a lot of weight hanging around on my hips and legs. I am also not very athletic. I found the bootcamps to be challenging but since there are so many levels available, I was able to go in and find a workout that was challenging but not so difficult that I dreaded the workouts. There was a broad range of people at the bootcamps; I was worried I would be in a room full of super athletic and fit people; while there were some very athletic people in the bootcamps, there were also a lot of people there like me that had unwanted flab and were ready to get it off. I also love how the workouts made my body not only leaner, but so much stronger. I didn't feel like I needed to ask for help moving furniture or lifting things anymore because I was strong! Even my doctor commented offhand that I must be lifting weights because he could see it in my biceps. I do plan on going back to Force in the future when I can afford it; their memberships are pretty pricey but if you can afford it then I definitely recommend it because it works. They do have an actual gym and also personal training. They have promotional offers on the radio and online every now and then that allow you to buy a number of sessions if you're new to Force, so if you're still not sure about the price then keep an eye out for their promotions. Good luck!
