All the trainers are great here. My daughter and son both take classes here and both have a great time! One person though that deserves a shout out is Sasha. He is amazing with the bitty mites class every Saturday. My son loves seeing him because he makes it entertaining and keeps his focus.

I was a big fan of Gleason’ but after COVID its not the same. Instructors constantly change and there is no consistency in their program. My daughter does not want to go there anymore.

Weirdest experience. Went for open gym as a beginner and felt judged and stared at. Ended up leaving early because any thing we did we were yelled at by a coach. One in particular had us learn a toddlers routine on the trampoline for 15 minutes despite us just wanting to jump on a trampoline.

We were really disappointed by our experience here. We took classes for one session and felt like the classes were chaotic and felt disorganized. It didn’t feel like the coaches demonstrated skills that the children weren’t given any individualized attention to help them learn new skills or improve skills. It felt more like supervising than coaching. It seems like unless you’re on their competition team you don’t get much if any attention from the coaches.

The admin staff and coaches are friendly and great with the children. Children are regularly assessed and moved up levels to keep them challenged but not aggressively pressured to perform. Our 3 kids really enjoy their classes.

The adult classes are so much fun! The coaches make you feel totally comfortable with your skill level and with trying new things. I have never experienced that with another facility. Highlight of my week.

My daughter has been at this gym for two years now, on the tramp and tumbling team, and she absolutely loves it! Nikki and the other coaches are all fantastic, they work the kids hard but use positive reinforcement, so it's a fun environment to train in.
