I recently moved to this club, the equipment is all up to date, but the place lacks to a trained staff to welcome customers, especially young staffs as well as attention to cleanliness.Then there is another important issue, which is that the TV news channel MSNBC is not there, they deliberately sabotaging it. The sound does not work and the picture is distorted. After the complaint, they fix it for several days, then It is back again not work, and the selection of channels is done randomly, to the extent that there are four TVs for one channel. Please fix the TV channels and stop playing with it.

Be careful for the agreement contract. The charged me an annual fee and also when I canceled the agreement they charged a buy out fee $58. The contract I signed said no contract cancel anytime. Why are they charging a buy out fee. I haven't been to planet fitness for months. So this is how planet fitness makes money from all these fees. I always wonder.

I love this location, Cynthia is AMAZING and the facility is: clean, maintained, and constantly updated to keep members happy. What more could anyone ask for at this price point? I have been to other PF’s and this is is the cream of the crop, and that starts from the top with the manager. Thank you for this great facility!!! Keep up the great work!

Burnsville planet fitness uses a horrible back door way of charging there customers, I have not used my membership in over a year my card that I used to get membership has been expired for a year they went into my checking account and charged me an annual fee even tho I’m not using the membership they have not contacted me to confirm I’m no longer coming and that they needed to update my account they literally took what they could and didn’t even try to get the customer back in there to use facilities this is terrible I highly recommend going somewhere else for ur fitness center horrible customer support and never again would I consider them or to anyone else
