I will keep this with you on here but I meant for it to be for the Bedford IFC. Stop overthinking it and try it out. It's amazing. I've been going over a year. It's literally life changing if you use it right! I go with my gym bros, we work out together and catch up on each other's lives. The owners are the nicest people you will ever meet. They are very caring and interested in how their customers are doing! They always stay on top of the repairs and little thing's that need tending to. The employees are always considerate and fun to talk too. (Read captions in photos, little Easter egg)

Decent gym. A variety of equipment for everyone. Light on the cardio equipment. Interaction with people have been respectful. Locker rooms for women and men. Open times aren't consistent at times.

First actual gym I joined!! Much better then planet fitness. They actually have weight scales here. I am a big guy, they actually gave me good instructions on workouts and what to focus on to target weight loss. Also has a good selection of work out foods and drinks, staff is friendly and I find the gym most excellent.

IFC is the first gym that I was able to feel truly comfortable at. I started going to IFC during the beginning of the pandemic and I am so thankful I did. IFC has phenomenal staff, equipment, and service. The people I have met are a small community. Whenever I walk in I am greeted by kind familiar faces and I have made some wonderful friends through IFC. Even before I made friends the staff and other members were so welcoming and kind. IFC is a phenomenal gym for the quality equipment and the quality people.

I've been to many gyms. This gym has it all. Friendly and helpful staff,every weight or machine you could want or need, plenty of cardio equipment, cross fit area with all necessary equipment , out door workout area even with tires to flip, clean facility,great location right off a major highway. The owners are the best. If you want a specific piece of equipment they don't have they make every effort to get it for you.GREAT GYM!!! Give stars isn't enough!!

Awesome gym. They use they're space well. I've been going for 4 or 5 years now and its just kept growing. The quality of the equipment is amazing. Its open 24 hours. Other people and staff are very polite. They even host events time from time. IFC has opened the door way for me into fitness and lifting. I even bought my own bar and weights yet still have more fun with the variety and atmosphere they have.

We’ve been working out here for a couple years now and have truly enjoyed our experience. They have supplements and attire for purchase. Discounts for military veterans and 24 hour option available. Staff is polite and gym is kept clean. They have many machines and free weights plus a cardio area and even some outdoor things (big tires, boxes, etc). Locally owned and we see them in here sometimes! Great outfit they have here.

Love this gym, have been attending for two weeks and I feel like I found my home gym in Indiana. They have all the equipment you need and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. This gym has a little bit of everything for every type of lifter or work out enthusiast. Very clean and plenty of disinfecting material for the equipment.

The gym is great for literally anyone. Very clean and respectful of masks and social distancing during the pandemic. They offer every type of equipment, really. Cardio, free weights, barbell weights, machines, dynamic equipment, cables, punching bag, stretching equipment. Etc... bathroom, changing room, lockers are very clean and well maintained. Great price for what you get. The atmosphere welcomes all types of athletics.
