Every time I came here in their sauna isn’t warm enough

Great place to workout, with a wide variety of equipment. The only negative is the carpet in the locker room. That needs to go.

The facility was fine - always got what I wanted out of it. But you will have to fight tooth and nail to cancel your membership, even if it is expiring and you just don't want to renew it.The systems behind LA Fitness are awful. I moved out of state and no longer needed my membership so I asked them to cancel it. Apparently only managers can do this and there is usually one manager available between multiple locations (e.g. most days of the week, if you call this store ZERO 'managers' are there working). So every time I've called they just say, sorry you'll have to call back when someone who can do it is around (nobody ever is).I have been trying to cancel my membership for two months, and still have not gotten them to stop charging me. There is no online system to do this without having access to your member ID, which of course is something they wont give me.Apparently the standard for cancellation is printing off a form and mailing it to them, which is absurd. It seems like they can't get new business so they just are resorting to try to hold onto whatever customer they have by never letting them out of their agreement.I even had one instance where I called, the person who answered said something along the lines of 'yeah ill take care of that for you you wont be charged any more' and proceeded to not do anything. Absurd experience.

This is my favorite LA fitness in the twin cities area. I have been to 11/15 of them and this one is by far the most spacious and best equipped. For once, there are finally enough squat racks!!! The staff is always welcoming, it is consistently clean, and the gym culture is pretty great.

Gym is Always clean, ALL machines work, frfr customer service and Way WAY cheaper than lifetime

First off my review is regarding the area. The gym is fine and has one of the best janitor cleaner worker I have ever seen anywhere.The review is about the crime in the area. There are no cameras in the gym or the parking lot so cars have been stolen as well and locker rooms raided for personal items.Yesterday my car was broken into and another was stolen but without cameras this will only keep happening to other people.Watch out for cars following you next to your car. They scan your locking car signal to remotely open your car, clone a key and steal your car. The Burnsville PD says this is commonOtherwise this La Fitness is a great gym and probably my favorite La in the area minus the crime

This place has gotten really bad. The dumbbells ranging from 10 to 20 pounds are missing, I went up and talk to management and they told me some of the members have been stealing the weights. They told me they have some on order, that was six months ago and more weight seem to be missing. I would not recommend coming to this gym

Great gym. Tons of equipment. Space is good not that cramped. Wish hours were open more but still great gym

Okay, place for the price, but the equipments are so old, especially the treadmill. You have to press the button so hard to increase or decrease your speed, very annoying, especially when you are running. And it takes way way too long pick heart rate
