MSY is the best! A variety of classes & times to fit your needs. You’ll engage your full body, mind & spirit here in the loveliest of ways. Almost all classes stream so check them out if you’re new or nervous but then come in person so one of the highly qualified teachers can assist you with form. Don’t forget to shop for fun gifts too -many with a local theme.

Main Street Yoga and Gifts is a combo location now, with darling gifts and cards. It's right on Main Street and you can almost always find a parking spot super close...and there is always the garage.

I took a beginners class here to be introduced to yoga in a proper way. I found the experience very rewarding and the instruction to be very helpful. Tonya taught my class and I really thought she was great at explaining to us that you only go as far as you can and not to push yourself too far too fast! I highly recommend taking a class here! The studios are beautiful and the people are very friendly!
