I’ve been going to orange theory fitness in Bloomington for the past two years now. I’m 150 classes in and I love it! It keeps me healthy and sane as a busy graduate student. 5 stars would recommend!!

So the "one month free" promotion is really very very sketchy. What's actually free is just the first class. If you want to use the "one month free" promotion, you need to buy a heart rate monitor for 120$?? I don't know if I am going to enjoy Orange Theory how can I already invest that much money in a special device? They should lend you a device for the whole month for free, to truly be able try them out. Also no student promotions (like most other gyms) in a college town with 50k students? Baffling.

When’s the last time you worked out and came away smiling? OrangeTheory is more than a fitness facility, it’s a community. Trust me take the free workout and experience what we already know, you’ll be hooked. The Kirkwood studio is state of the art and located conveniently between downtown Bloomington and the IU campus. The facility is always clean, and the staff is always friendly. I’ll see you there.

I joined OTF about 6 months ago. I appreciate the classes and the coaches. They do a nice job of motivating you and ensuring you are getting the most out of your hour. However, I would not recommend this particular studio to for physically signing up at. I would recommend signing up else where and go to this facility if it's most convenient (you can go to any studio as a member). I have gone to many OTF studios and this one is extremely strict on cancellations, moving classes around or forgetting your armband. I get not wanting repeat offenders, but understanding that life can happen once in a while would be nice. Especially, given in 6 months they have, with no more than a weeks notice, completely changed the class schedules moving forward. If you want consistent class schedule for working professionals this might not be the studio has it typically chops those classes first. I assume due to the college schedule.

More than worth it! I started in April 2021 and have not only seen massive changes to my body, but I am absolutely in love with this type of workout! It's fun, quick-paced, and the results started showing in just two weeks. Everything is scalable so you can start from anywhere (I hadn't been working out for almost a year when I started and got right into it).I'm now starting my 4th month and I've achieved my goal weight, gone down two pants sizes, and feel happy and confident lifting heavier and running faster than I ever thought I could. They talk about how OrangeTheory will "change your life" and they're not wrong. If you're hung up on the cost, it's comparable to other coach-led fitness classes. If you go more than 3x a week, it's actually much cheaper than other workout classes I've taken! And you get data with every workout so you can actually work towards seeing results... I'd say that's what makes it a priceless experience!P.S. This studio is also new and super beautiful and all of the people there are friendly and friend-quality amazing!

I LOVE orange theory. I have been attending the Bloomington location on kirkwood. I have been in cross fit and been a member of multiple gyms and this is by far my favorite gym. The first thing I noticed during my very first class is how there is a sense of community with the staff and patrons. The staff is very accommodating in answering any questions and helping me get the classes I need to achieve my fitness goals. The coaches are encouraging and always willing to answer questions after the class. I really do love the concept, and the staff just makes it top notch. With one free class offered to new comers I think it’s a must for anyone to try if they’re serious about meeting fitness goals. Thank you Orange Theory!

OrangeTheory Kirkwood is a top of the line fitness facility. The hottest one hour workout! Each class is led by a professional coach and you never have to think of what you are going to do in the gym that day. OrangeTheory has completely changed my life. It can be considered expensive, but I think of it as an investment in my health and wellness. Go try out your first class for free! You will not be disappointed.

I definitely recommend Orange Theory Fitness-Kirkwood in Bloomington, IN. Orange Theory Fitness is a science based program used to train your heart rate response not just your body. The highly trained, motivational staff are personable, knowledgeable, and always have a smile. They work with each member to understand their goals and help plan ways to get there. It is not a competition and you do not workout in comparison to the others in the class. You work as a team! The success in the studio never goes unnoticed and almost always carries over to life outside of the studio. Orange Theory isn't a membership. It is a family!!
