This particular planet fitness has the best customer service, starting with their manager. Black guy manager was able to set me and my wife up and train the new girl at the same time. Also, thx for the extra 10 minutes on the hydro bed. You rock sir. Well done

i loved the worker named Erica Neal she was the sweetest girl and really made me feel comfortable to do the workouts i wanted to do. i will definitely be coming back regularly because i funalky feel at home at a gym

I just canceled my membership due to health issues of course. She tells me she's gonna charge my card for a payment on the 17th knowing I won't be there. I don't appreciate it at all. I will never be back. That's foul! Today is the 14th my final day and you're still taking my money. That's sad.

I was impressed with this Planet Fitness from the moment I walked in. Makayla welcomed me with an inviting smile and answered the questions I asked without hesitation and with great knowledge. I was previously a member in another city but since I now live closer to Bloomington will definitely enjoy come here for my workouts Thanks Planet Fitness and thanks for hiring employees like Makayla.

I sent a cancellation letter a couple months ago (addressed properly, triple checked) since for some reason you need to either send a signed letter or fill out paperwork in person to cancel. I checked my bank account and I picked up multiple extra charges from them after I sent the cancellation letter. They told me they never received the letter when I called, not sure how tbh. What I am sure of is that E-Signatures work perfectly well online, which is the system every other gym utilizes for the benefit of the customer. This is the only negative review I have ever left in my life, because I dont like needing to jump through hoops and waste an hour of my day driving over there to play ball with Planet’s scummy system. And of course no employee was willing to let this slide, and that indicates that they are trained to point out any contractual semantic possible to prevent a customer from cancelling. I hope that place becomes a spirit halloween soon.the 0 stars is because of the lunk alarm

I have been going to the Bloomington Planet location for four years now. Out of all the locations i’ve been to regularly, Bloomington is by far the cleanest. The staff is very friendly, especially Erica. She has always been very kind, helpful, and informative on how to use my black card to its fullest potential!

Will give it a second star based on my previous good experience but the gyms feel has changed. Used to be the best planet fitness I'd been to, now it's cleaning standards have changed, they have changed their hours 3 times and are no longer 24/7 which is a big reason why I got the black card membership. The high schoolers workout free is not an environment I enjoy being around as it gets overcrowded and immature, and is purely a marketing effort. There are now also many "lunks" which goes against planet fitness whole schtick. I know they cannot control that part, it is just simply a change in feel combined with the rest that will lose my membership.

This place is amazing the atmosphere and the people in it is so supportive and so nice. The equipment is very good and easy to use. If you are new to the place the staff will be happily help you and show you around. They always don't have that many people there around 9-10 am and 7-9 pm on the weekends

Makayla, the manager at this location, is absolutely AMAZING!🤩 She is so friendly, helpful, and always has a smile on her face. She makes staff and members enjoy being in this gym. I would recommend this gym to anyone because Makayla helps make it such a great experience! …

This planet fitness is extremely clean with staff members who care about their club members. The patrons respect each other and the entire place just has great vibes. I have also noticed that employees are extremely accommodating to people with disabilities and ensure that properly trained service dogs are welcome.
