Super friendly staff and the gyms are really clean which is not very typical for boxes. I see their staff cleaning up after each workout which is cool. Had the chance to work with 5 of their coaches...and they all know their stuff and do a good job of ensuring you are in proper form and motivate you.

Personally I go to a few snap fitnesses but the guy who works/manager at this location. Is not friendly. My whole family comes to snap fitness to work out and when I came in with my brother who forgot his specific card at home he used my Moms and said that he wasn’t allowed to work out because he wasn’t using his card. So we went home got his and came back, which was the next mistake because he still asked if he was who he was. Told him next time he came he would have to come with someone other than me to confirm he was who he was. What? I’m sorry you have his age, and a photo of him how can he not be who he is. I can understand using the wrong pass, even though we have never had the problem at any other location. But to ask him to confirm who he was after getting his pass I’m sorry but, that’s over the top. Other members would leave and get a goodbye or have a nice day but he just wasn’t having it with us and ignored us.

I appreciate the fact that they are able to modify workouts to make them more or less challenging based on what you need. I also appreciate the fact that the work out changes daily so there is not a chance to grow bored. Finally, I appreciate that I can get a great work out and burn a ton of calories in half an hour
