One of the best places to learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in the Twin Cities! Coach Hayden is a very knowledgeable and personable guy.

They Let me drop in for a beginner BJJ class while I was in town on vacation. Great gym, super clean and very friendly people. I felt welcomed and had an excellent training session. I’d love to train here more and will look to The Academy every time i visit the area.

This is a great place to train. Hayden is very knowledgeable and does a great job running classes and/or private lessons. He provides thorough feedback on whatever you are working on. He's a great coach already, but he still looks for ways to improve himself and bring new training ideas and methods to class to be the best coach for his students.

We take our kids here twice a week for jujitsu and we love how they are progressing gradually each week. The coaches are attentive and they pay close attention to each student to make sure they are doing them right and understand the jujitsu's moves. I love how the coaches sometime incorporate other form of martial arts such as Thai kick boxing. Demonstrating different form of martial arts is an eye opening experience for our kids. We love how the coaches emphasize crucial core values such as teamwork, agility, being respectful, quality over quantity, self confident, being competitive and sportmanship. We are please with this location. You'll be surprised what your kids can absorb by being around great coaches.

I am so grateful I found this place! My 4-year-old son goes there and he loves it so much. The coaches are amazing. They are super fun and at the same time discipline them, and teach them how to respect each other and everyone else and be kind. I am seeing so much change in my son so far especially with discipline. They have these work sheets for reading, discipline and healthy eating that parents fill, and kids get strips for their belts whenever they complete a certain number. My son is motivated to do so much now. I highly recommend it for any parent who wants his kids to be in martial arts because they are learning so much more here!

Awesome place to learn all aspects of both Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai from top-notch professors and staff. The Academy is a friendly, fun and clean environment. All ages and experience levels are welcome and everyone is treated like family. Whether you want to compete at a high level, get fit, or just feel more confident on the street, this is the place to go. Definitely the one of the best schools in the area.

We attend the Academy as a family, with children from age 4 to 8. The coaches have been exceptional, well-qualified and well-trained, friendly and give personal attention and advice to each individual. It has helped our children with self-discipline, motivation, focus as well as helping them gain physical coordination and strength. We highly recommend the Academy to individuals or families.

Best instructors.. Top of the line mixed martial arts school. Coach Hayden had improved my ground game leaps and bounds from when I first started. Just give it a try and you will be hooked whether your a beginner or more advanced!

Getting my first belt with Coach Justin was so rewarding. I had never experienced any martial arts training prior to starting in November. Since then I've trained with some of the most honorable and skilled coaches, with fellow fighters who have had years of diverse experiences and styles, and have an incredible time while burning heaps of calories. It feels so good to be in shape, to feel secure and strong in my own body and to know that if needed I could dominate an aggressor and escape. I plan to continue to progress with my belts and to be an outstanding example of feminine strength for my two little girls. LIFE CHANGING - THANK YOU ACADEMY!
