I started doing hot yoga because of I have an extreme sinus condition and the practice helps soothe my symptoms. However that cause me to sometimes have to pause and lay down or go blow my nose in the bathroom. After five minutes in the bathroom one of the instructors. Removed my mat and made me feel as if I wasn’t welcome in the room despite there still being 40 minutes left of class. I didn’t care that I had paid for the class, what really hurt and made me cry was that she suggested temporary problems to solve my sinus problems before class next time even though I have tried those things before and they have not helped much. She also does not want you to lay on the mat because she believes it is distracting to the rest of the class. This instructors name is Laura. However there are other instructors like Rick who understand and promote that everyone’s practice will look different and that some may have disabilities or health issues so it is okay to lay down. Moral of the story, be particular in who you choose to have class with.

I just love the friendly people, the incredible workouts that put my body back together each week. All of the heat mixed with stretching is just what I need.

The Hot Room is my happy place! The instructors are great and I always walk out of class feeling 100x better physically and mentally. Inferno hot pilates is my favorite!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I think the hot yoga instructors lack differences in their teaching style and will literally do the same moves every single class with no change ever. If you show up 5 minutes late best believe they will turn you away and say “sorry we can’t let you in because you will disturb the class” like what they just started and they just are so strict with time and have no flexibility. I signed up for the two week trial but I will definitely be looking for another hot yoga place once it is over. Trust me if you want a really good hot yoga place this one is no where near a decent yoga place. I am from Florida and have experienced an amazing hot yoga studio and this place is very far from it.

When they first opened, I went to a class and it was really enjoyable- an instructor with great energy, beautiful facilities, and really kind support staff. Today I thought about attending another class, but I cannot find the price of a single drop-in class on the website. It's very easy to sign up for/purchase a class, but it seems darn near impossible to find out the cost of one.Edit for clarity: I don't want to have to sign up for an app and give you all my information only to find out that drop in rates might be more than I'm able to pay at the moment.

Wonderful space, clean and well organized. Their class registration app works well and keeps track of your practice schedule. The staff put effort into knowing and acknowledgment of members as you enter the studio. They offer a variety of classes, Hot Original (original sequence, only 60 minutes duration), Hot Vinyasa, Hot Pilates, and ambient Yin Yoga (not many scheduling options for Yin). First class is free, and they offer an unlimited package.I always leave the studio feeling better than when I arrived. Yoga itself is a wonderful thing and they do a good job at instructing and helping you grow your personal practice.

Absolutely wonderful studio! I can’t rave more about the instructors and how fun, positive, and encouraging they are. It is such a clean, friendly, and welcoming environment- just what you want when working out! I have loved the 6AM Hot Pilates classes. Definitely recommend!

The Hot Room Bloomington has been one of the best experiences of my life. I don't like working out in public, but their inviting and relaxing environment, encouraging staff and instructors, have made the experience of going my favorite part of my day. I've never done hot yoga or pilates and they were very patient with my lack of ability.I highly recommend The Hot Room for making positive changes for oneself, and for the healthy, fun, environment they provide.

Wonderful practice, great environment, with even greater people. Everyone is so inviting and friendly. Classes are a bit challenging but SO rewarding. If you're hesitant to try out The Hot Room then this is your sign! No need to wait!!! Your best self starts here and I can truly say that I have felt the best I ever felt over these past two (short) weeks than I ever have! As someone who has never practiced yoga beforehand, at The Hot Room I have felt so welcomed and encouraged. My personal favorite class so far is Inferno Hot Pilates, it is such a great workout for anyone and everyone! :)
