I was recently really disappointed in this location. Apparently they don't accept silver sneakers which is a insurance paid program for people with disabilities and the elderly

I have been trying to get a scholarship to the YMCA for over a year and a half. Couldn't get any one to respond to my text. Then today I called and the lady I spoke to was very matter of fact and rude. She was not helpful at all. I am very disappointed in this facility and I'm not going to try any more. I don't want to go to any place with an attitude like that

Policy Failure. I paid 300-400$ for a yearly membership for my wife and I and they are now requiring me to pay more for my 6 month old child that can’t even crawl or walk? This is NOT standard policy or even a policy for that matter because they cannot show a written policy. NO OTHER YMCA REQUIRES A 6 month old to have a membership except for this (Which isn’t even a written policy). ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. To make matters worse an employee follows me out to my car as i’m leaving like he’s trying to intimidate me when all I was doing was asking for a written policy or to see a copy of the contract I signed(which they wouldn’t show me).

I had a great experience at this facility! It was my first time visiting a YMCA, and I was actually attending a course for CPR/First Aid training. It went really well. Everyone was very nice, and I learned a lot! The facility seemed very clean, and it was in a good area. I would definitely return here to get re-certified in the future, and I would recommend it for anyone who is interested.
