Started training with Kaka. He shows great professionalism and love he has for training. I also never been to the gym until recently and it was nice they have good equipment unlike other local gyms.

Requested my membership be cancelled three different times after they closed the Boca location including one conversation with the owner and they still continue to debit my account. Check your auto bill to confirm if you if you asked to cancel your membership or just to confirm they are billing the correct amount.

Best gym in Boca and Palm beach county! Why? Because the staff is great. The equipment is new and clean, and the environment is solid. Not overpopulated either. All you can ask from a gym. Not to mention the amenities are numerous.

My wife and I go over there to relaxand get some exercise. I am working twice a week with a nicetrainer named, Darren. There are a few trainers. Nice place.
